Grill Your Heart Out

Four not-to-be-missed grilling goodies for the Fourth (some 20 percent off as part of Sur La Table’s summer sale):

1. Slider set: Patty press, grill basket and bun cutter make those ever-popular burger treats a breeze.

2. Smoker box: Whether your grill is charcoal, gas or electric, smoke your meal with an in-grill setup.

3. Seasoned skewers: Expend that pre-meal prep energy into a game of Frisbee instead. Skewers in honey bourbon or citrus rosemary flavor take the guesswork out of seasoning.

4. Disposable bamboo: Forego that tragic Styrofoam for a more earth-friendly version of disposable plates and flatware.

Happy Independence Day.

Sur La Table, 22 North Lemon Ave., Sarasota, 941-365-0380
